Terms of Service

Dear Employee,

The parties agreed, co-decided and co-accepted the following:

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is the provision of immediate job-finding services by the agent to the employee in Mykonos-Dubai-London - Athens and the provision of all services in general related to the above procedure. For immediate work in Mykonos, Accommodation, Food, Salary and Gratuities are provided as appropriate, while for Dubai city Visa, Air Tickets, Accommodation, Food, Salary, Transportation to/from Work, Gratuities are provided.

2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PRINCIPAL

2.1. Receipt of the Employee's resume, as it will be sent to him via email cylteamcvs@gmail.com

2.2. Review of the CV by the Principal's team and analysis of experience and capabilities as appropriate

2.3. Implementation of the necessary actions, communication and proposal of the Employee to the cooperating companies looking for staff, according to the requirements of each employer and correspondingly to the experience of each Employee

2.4. Carrying out the necessary procedures to complete the first interview directly with the Company-Employer.

2.5. The provision of assistance and advice in general, related to this order

3. EMPLOYEE OBLIGATIONS

3.1. Sending the CV to the e-mail address that has been declared and belongs to the Principal

4. FEE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

3.2. Refunds are not accepted

5. VALIDITY OF THIS AGREEMENT. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT.

5.1. The validity of this Agreement starts from its signature by the contracting parties until the execution by the contracting parties of the obligations included herein.

5.2. The Agreement may be terminated unilaterally by written notice to the counterparty. In this case, the payment of the fee concerns the obligations of the Principal performed until the termination of this

6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5.3. The Employee must comply with the regulations, both of this contract and of the company-employer, where he is going to work.

5.4. The Principal undertakes to nominate and recommend the Employee to the respective Employer, as long as he meets the conditions and has the qualifications for recruitment.

6.1. The Principal bears no responsibility in the event that the working environment, the Employer, or any conditions related to the work do not satisfy the Employee for which the Employer and the Employee themselves are solely responsible

6.2. As you upload your profile to our application you are fully responsible for your actions and we are not responsible for any exploitation of personal information

Dear Employer,

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is the provision of recruitment services by the Principal to the Employer in Mykonos-Dubai-London and the provision of all services related to the above process.

2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PRINCIPAL

2.1. Update and analysis of the plans that will be communicated by the Employer regarding the jobs offered and the necessary qualifications that the employee should have.

2.2. Examination of the available CVs by the Principal's team and analysis of the previous service and capabilities of each interested party as the case may be and accordingly the position to be filled

2.3. Carrying out the necessary actions, communicating and proposing interested parties to the Employer according to the requirements of each employer and correspondingly to the experience of each Employee

2.4. Carrying out the necessary procedures and initial communication to complete the first interview of the proposed individual directly with the Employer.

3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYER

3.1. Timely notification of the Principal regarding both the positions provided and the qualifications - previous service experience that each interested party should have for the job position offered

3.2. Payment of the Principal's fee at the agreed deadlines as stated below

3.3. Submission of the required supporting documents to the Principal in order to carry out the order referred to in this Agreement

3.4. Timely information on the final hiring or dismissal of the employee. Especially, in case of dismissal, the Employer must notify the fact, both to the Principal and to the Employee, at least ten (10) days before the due date.

4. FEE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

4.1. The Principal's remuneration for the provision of the services described above in paragraph 2 hereof is hereby determined at the amount of fifty (€50) Euros per Employee, depending on the number and type of actions required.

4.2. The payment of the fee will be made by deposit to the Principal's bank account, in the manner agreed between our application

5. VALIDITY OF THIS AGREEMENT. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT.

5.1. The validity of this Agreement starts from its signature by the contracting parties until the execution by the contracting parties of the obligations included herein.

5.2. The Agreement may be terminated unilaterally by written notice to the counterparty. In this case, the payment of the fee concerns the obligations of the Principal performed until the termination of this

6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.1. In the event of dismissal of the Employee hired, the Employer is hereby obliged to provide him with accommodation and food for the next four (4) days from his dismissal, even if this is given prior notice.

6.2. The Employer must comply with the regulations of both this contract and the Labor Code regarding the Employees it hires.

6.3. The Principal bears no responsibility in the event that the Employee is unsuitable, after testing, for the specific job position or does not meet the Employer's wishes. After the proposal and beyond the initial interview, the Employer bears the sole responsibility of the Employee.
